Service Description
Looking Beyond Behaviors is a 6-week virtual workshop for parents who want to better understand the “why” behind their child’s big feelings and behaviors. Instead of focusing on discipline or punishment, this workshop centers on connection, felt-safety, and nervous system regulation. Grounded in relational neuroscience, attachment theory, and trauma-informed parenting, you’ll learn how your child’s developing brain shapes their reactions. You’ll gain practical insight into how the brain and nervous system work, along with effective strategies you can use right away. This is a supportive, non-judgmental space where curiosity replaces blame and connection replaces control. By the end of six weeks, you’ll see behavior through a new lens — as communication — and feel more confident responding in ways that build resilience, trust, and lasting connection within your family.
